• 941 Quarterly Return and Unemployment Tax Payments
• State Unemployment Tax Reports

Each Year – We prepare and provide the following:
• Employee W-2’s
• Employer W-2’s
• W-3 Recap – Wage and Tax Statement (for Social Security)
• 940 Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return
• State, School District, and City Annual Reconciliation Statement

IRS 941 Payments –
• We electronically ACH this amount from your checking account as required by the IRS.
